About the book
Know What You Carry
A journey of self-discovery, ownership and living boldly.
You carry more than you realise. Your experiences, identity, lessons and strengths are part of your story. But when life gets busy, or difficult, it can be easy to lose sight of what they have taught you and what you are capable of becoming.
Know What You Carry invites you to pause, look within and recognise the value of what you already hold. Through honest reflections and practical encouragement, Esther Aluko guides readers through three stages: awakening to what is within, unpacking the power of their story, and taking meaningful action.
This book is for anyone ready to understand themselves more deeply, own their story and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Your story has shaped you. It can also help guide what comes next.
