I’m Esther Aluko most people now call me EstherA.

I’m a transformation coach, business process expert, and a trailblazer at heart. But before the accolades, I was a girl raised on the streets, chasing opportunities with bold prayers, late nights, and relentless faith.

From those early days to now, one thing hasn’t changed my passion to help others rise.

I’ve spent over a decade working in the financial sector, leading transformation projects and implementing change strategies. Along the way, I became a certified coach, public speaker, and founder of multiple programs focused on helping people especially young people, women, and professionals break cycles and thrive.

I’m a mother of two beautiful girls, a woman of faith, and a living testimony that with God, resilience, and support, anything is possible.
